COMPARE TWO COLUMNS COLUMN 1 AND COLUMN 2 AND SAVE THE EQUAL VALUES IN COLUMN 3

Hi Guys,

I have a excel sheet with 3 columns column1,2 and 3 … so now i have 100 rows in each column with different text…so here i have some same text in column 1 and column 2… so now i want to compare and filter the same text in both the columns and i want to save it in column3…

Note: without looping…

Thanks,
Suresh.

If you don’t want to loop try the below formula in Excel itself.

=IF(A1=B1,A1,"")

LINQ use loops inside.
Most of the times, LINQ will be a bit slower because it introduces overhead. Do not use LINQ if you care much about performance. Use LINQ if you want shorter better readable and maintainable code.
