Compare row and get Column header

Hi,

The below is the datatable I need to process

[DCM Placement ID,MP4 - 400 kbps - 480 x 270,MP4 - 400 kbps - 640 x 360,MP4 - 1000 kbps - 640 x 360,MP4 - 1500 kbps - 640 x 360,MP4 - 400 kbps - 640 x 480,MP4 - 720 kbps - 720 x 600,MP4 - 720 kbps - 854 x 720,MP4 - 1500 kbps - 1024 x 576,MP4 - 2048 kbps - 1280 x 720,MP4 - 4096 kbps - 1920 x 1080,MP4 - 20480 kbps - 1920 x 1080

Here, I want to grab the column headers if the row has true value like

DCM Placement ID Sizes(String)
265**** MP4 - 20480 kbps - 1920 x 1080
264**** MP4 - 20480 kbps - 1920 x 1080
265**** MP4 - 20480 kbps - 1920 x 1080

Can anyone help me on implementing this in code.
