Compare most recent Month Queue Totals against 3 Month previous Average of queue totals

I’m trying to create a dashboard showing a 3 month rolling average of items worked by each process. Wanted to see if you had recommendations on a formula or Insight layout to create this?

Per attached image: Target would be something like this; showing the latest month’s number of items worked is down 83% compared to the last three months.
