Compare Datatable and update col value

Attached my sample excel,here i have to compare 3 column of sheet one with the values of sheet 2 and if the values are same then i need to insert the value in the corresponding 4th col of sheet 1.

In real excel i will be having around 1000 records in sheet 2.Sample.xlsx (8.9 KB)

@Akhila_Ashok Can you explain a bit more as to how the comparison is taking place and also can you provide an Output Excel for the input data that you have provided ?
