Compare 2 Excel and send Email to a person if matches

Hi, I am trying to compare a newly created excel file from the build data table activity with a Master List excel if there are matches, if it matches then it will send an email to a person under the same row in the Master List.

This is the Master List excel which will be used to identify the email address if there are matches in column A.

This is a list of names which will be compiled into a new excel using build data table according by the same school.

And lastly, this is how the newly made excel will look like which will be used to create a HTML table.

I was wondering how can I send email to a recipient each time it checks for the matched School Name, for example if the extracted school name is “School 4” then it will send the HTML table to the person that is in-charge of “School 4” in which our case is “test1@gmail.com

An example of how the table will look like
