Community Licensing questions

I’m not seeing anywhere else to chat about this except here.
Does the Community License version expire? I am trying to get really good at the program for getting a job. I am a C# & PowerShell program that used Selenium in the past. It is going to take a lot of time to get familiar with a visual way to do things. It is slower to get something ready to test with all the drag/dropping instead of just typing in code. It would be nice if I was not time gated on my learning experience.

Some have said it is free forever, some have said it is about a year.
Does anyone have a good definitive answer on this where it shows somewhere on the site what it is?

I need to learn by doing as well as videos. Just watching a video is not the same as actually doing it.

I am creating my own scenarios that get very complicated on purpose to figure out how to make very difficult things possible. Videos are just an overview.
