Community license - move to different box is giving "activiation failed with error:0 ..."

waited for a few hours now - but no response. I tried registering/requesting 2 times now :frowning:

Is there any other way for me to request this?

BTW - I did have an install, but had to remove it from the desktop and trying to install on a diff box - is giving me the error -
Activation failed with error: 0

Error description: Cannot use Community Edition on this machine after activating a trial or Enterprise license code. Please enter a valid license key.

License status: Device ID already activated

So I’m trying to request for a fresh installer …

Any suggestions pls?

I’ll suggest to perform clean install, remove all the data and folder of previous UiPath from your machine and install, it should work.

no tried this didn’t work…

I finally got the new link to the CE download and used that.

In fact I spun up a brand you vps and tried installing it there as well and get the same error :frowning: - the new vps has a completely different device-id - but still getting the same error

Activation failed with error: 0

We never had a enterprise license - always been a community version…
