Community license does not work with status as "Device ID already activated"

Current behavior: I installed and activated the community license with my email account on AWS EC2 (windows) two days ago, it works. But two days later, when I reconnected to the EC2 and tried to open the uipath, the software prompted me to activate the license again. However, after I enter the same email address it pop up with the statement of “Device ID already activated” and even if I use another email address, it does not work. Can someone help me on this?
