Community Editionの端末移動の失敗

Community Editionを端末を移行する際に、ディアクティベートをせずにアンインストールをしてしました。

So if I understand well, you had a computer that was under an Enterprise Edition. And you migrated it to Community Edition.

Was the license of Studio Enterprise a trial ?

  • If yes you were using an Enterprise trial, there should be no problem so if you have an error when opening Studio community it might be interesting to send us a screenshot of the error message.
  • if you were not using a trial version, then you need to contact the technical support here asking them to free the named user license and precising the name of the user session.
