Community Edition Renewal Failed

[Tudoor (Tudor Vieru)]

Hi everyone! I am unable to renew community edition,i keep getting this error. The version is 2018.3.3
I have tried:!
-uninstalling & installing
-remove UiPath folder from “…AppData\Local”
-renewing from “UiPath”
I have to use exactly this version, 2018.3.3.
Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks

I have a question about the version you are trying to use. May I know what exactly is the reason for you to not change from the version 2018.3.3? Is there any specific reason for not updating to the latest community version?
