[Community Edition] Quota reached, cannot create more objects (Unattended Robot not allowed)

Hello,

I’m currently using the Community Edition and encountering the following issue:

:puzzle_piece: Issue Description

  • I deleted all existing robots and machines in Orchestrator.
  • I also deleted and recreated the tenant.
  • Still, I’m unable to create a new Unattended Robot.
  • The error message is: “Quota reached, cannot create more objects.”
  • Tenant ID: 2201342
  • The machine is connected and the user is mapped, but robot account creation fails.

:laptop: License Status

  • Community Edition
  • 1 Unattended Robot available (but marked as unused)

:paperclip: Attached screenshot: [Screenshots attached]

Is this an issue with the license or cache?
Any advice or resolution would be appreciated.

Thank you!

Hi @zziru

Have you tried deleting robot account from under manage access or simply unallocated from the folder?

On community edition, only 1 production and 1 testing bot is allocated. So, you can’t create more bots, When you try it will show the error like Quota reached, cannot create more objects.

Check the number of bots in Orchestrator, follow the below steps,
→ Login to orchestrator, Go to Tenant → Licenses Tab → There you can find the number of robots.
Can you share that screenshot with us?

If you are still not able to create robots even after deleting all its references, you can consider deleting your organization from under admin-> settings and then recreate the new one.
