- I’m unable to find communications mining in automation cloud
- is it possible to clear exam without practical experience?

@Geeta - In general, I’d say everything is possible. 
However, I wouldn’t recommend it without at least experimenting with the software first. I think that’s my advice for all certificates: theory is good, but practical experience is even more important.
That’s what we need handson practice, but im unable find communications mining, what do i do?
Communication mining is exclusively for Enterprise licence. Even for trial of it will be available only in Enterprise licence only. Nor in community neither in pro trial.
It’s recommended to try Communication mining and then appear for the exam.
