Communication Mining Dispatcher not working from orchestrator

Hi All,
I am trying to run Communication mining dispatcher from orchestrator, but it is failing with error message:

Failed to fetch stream. Exception message: Status: “error”, Message: “No such project underwritingindexing for tenant uipath-tenant-9707542c-9c23-4d55-8ce5-87045ef012dd” UiPath.CommunicationsMining.Activities

I have cross checked the projectname, dataset name and stream name. All are correct but still failing. But if i run the dispatcher from assistant or directly from studio, it runs successfully. Please help!!!

Follow these steps

  1. Check that the Communication Mining project and Orchestrator are in the ‘same tenant’.
  2. In Automation Cloud → Communication Mining → Access control, give the ‘Orchestrator’s service account’ access to the project.
  3. Reconnect Communication Mining via ‘Orchestrator Integration Service’ and update the Dispatcher process.
