Hi @donghai

In the context of UiPath, “re:infer” refers to a feature or capability provided by the UiPath Document Understanding platform. re:infer is a machine learning-based technology that is integrated into the Document Understanding framework to assist with automated data extraction and understanding from unstructured or semi-structured documents

Hi @fernando_zuluaga

Thanks your reply.
I mean there is no comment term in Academy of UiPath but have verbatim?
So I just guess that the two words indicate same thing.

Hi @donghai,

in docs or training materials ‘comment’ = ‘verbatim’ = ‘message’. Those terms are used interchangeably, but all refer to 1 piece of communication (email, review, ticket, etc.).

However, mind the property names when parsing Response objects (either API or Studio activities) - there, in the object, ‘comment’ is like the whole thing with metadata, etc. and ‘message’ is the part with mainly the text content and some other properties.

Cheers
Tom
