Combine values

I have to combine values with the same name and leave only one control subject for each type (TEST1; TEST2). The solution field should be left alone with all the values related to TEST1 and TEST2, respectively. Also, you need to add number, which refers to TEST1 and TEST2 respectively.

How can this be done with StudioX?
