Combine Multiple CSV Files within a Folder into a Single File

Hi UiPath Users! I need some help finishing a project and I am the most beginner of all beginners so I will need step by step help here (with screen shots if possible)! I made a bot that goes out to a website and pulls down reports into my downloads folder. I want to take all of the individual CSV reports (formatted exactly the same with the same columns headers, etc) and combine them into one new report, preferably saved in Excel format but will be fine as CSV as well. Can anyone please please help me – without overly technical explanations
