Combine 2 excel column into "Type Into" activity

Hi Everyone.

I have a excel file as attached . I want to read and then make a string as below format when use type into activity to type into field on ERP system
"Abc&Ball + def&pen + asd&orange + cvb&apple "

How to do that ?
