Color cells Logically

Hi,

I need help in writing logic for this. The column Ecenter in Nth col wherever it has 12 color green, less than 12 yellow.
Then taking Nth as reference col,if Ecenter in Nth has 12 and SSEE in M has 12 then SSEE will be green too and same with SDDA in L pos…for this M pos will be reference…
if SSEE and SDDA dont match color SDDA with red.
