As a speaker, I had the privilege of being part of a team that traveled to various regions of Tamil Nadu, including Trichy, Dindigul, and Tuticorin, to conduct this impactful training program. I delivered two days of in-person training at Trichy, Anna University, for over 50 college professors from different colleges across Tamil Nadu.

About the Program: The Naan Mudhalvan initiative is focused on empowering college professors across Tamil Nadu, and it has been a journey of growth for all involved. Last year, with Naan Mudhalvan 1.0, we successfully trained 370+ professors and 12,000+ students—a remarkable achievement. This year, with Naan Mudhalvan 2.0, we raised the bar even higher, impacting over 15,000 students and 140+ engineering professors.
