Is the the data coming from an ERP system? How are you planning to access the data?
Normally you’d use something like Excel/Power BI for such a job or Sheets/BigQuery/Looker Studio if you are in the Google world.
The use of a bot process depends on what your end product is and the process flow leading up to it.
