Code executes error free in "Debug", but errors out in "Run"; Giving Validation Errors - Unable to Publish

When the code is executed in “Debug” mode, it does go through successfully;
But, it gives out validation errors when executed in “Run”;

Similarly it throws out validation errors when tried to “Publish” the code.
Please Guide. Thanks.

I can see 2 arguements not defined , Can you re-check the Xaml which has below 2 arguements Defined.
