CMS application terminated abnormally when I indicate on screen

Hi All,

When I indicate the button(screen,tabs) on the Avaya CMS Supervisor window as “indicate on scrren”,CMS applivation always terminates abnormally.

I used UiExplore and Citrix recorder instead of “indicate on screen”, but it doesnt work.(The CMS terminatd)

This CMS application works normally without UiPath.
Do I have to install some extensions?

I know the CMS application version is not the newest one but I cannot update the CMS application though.

You could try launching Studio as administrator.

I tried lauching Studio as Administrator, but it was same.
The CMS application crashed.
