Issue
One may face this below error while using the recording function or various Ui Automation

Solution:
{ Step 1 } - This is the solution
Test the behavior by installating UiPath.UIAutomation.Activities package version using either v19.5 / v19.4 / v19.2 instead of v19.3
There was an issue (Actipro WPF Control pop-up while opening the UI Explorer + Registry error) with 19.3 - in few client environment.

{ Step 2 }
If still it fails, Clean all the files existing in the below location & relaunch Studio again
C:\Users\ {user profile} .nuget\packages

{ Step 3 }
Steps for clean installation:
Please follow below to perform a clean installation

  1. Uninstall UiPath.
  2. Navigate to the below location & remove the folder UiPath from following locations (if exist)
    %programdata%
    %localappdata%
    %appdata%
    %userprofile% / .nuget
  3. Restart the machine.
  4. Reinstall the MSI File.

Note: - when this article is created the latest UiPath.UiAutomation.Activities version is 19.5.0
Always upgrade to the latest and verify.
