Cloud Orchestrator 503 Errors - February 4, 2026

Hi all,

Is anyone else experiencing 503 ServiceUnavailable errors on Cloud Orchestrator today (Feb 4, 2026)?

I’m getting consistent 503s across multiple endpoints:

  • GetWebSettings
  • QueueDefinitions/ListQueues
  • /api/identity/Setting
  • SignalR negotiation failing

The UI partially loads but all API calls return 503. Console shows:

Http failure response for https://cloud.uipath.com/[tenant]/Prod/orchestrator_/odata/Settings/UiPath.Server.Configuration.OData.GetWebSettings: 503 ServiceUnavailable

Status page shows all systems operational. Tried:

  • Different browsers
  • Clearing cache
  • Incognito mode

Region: EU Tenant type: Enterprise

this is from 2019 and referring to on prem issue probably.. thank you though, there’s a general outage and i’m trying to figure out what’s going on

Yes, this is a UiPath Cloud Orchestrator issue, not your setup. Multiple tenants (EU included) are seeing 503 ServiceUnavailable across Orchestrator APIs today. UI partially loads, APIs fail.
Nothing to fix locally → wait or raise a UiPath support ticket.
