This could be due to a number of reasons, so I totally recommend review the access issue with your infrastructure team. What would I check?
- Firewall
- VPN
- Single Sign On, considering the second screenshot references ‘authCallback’ I’m inclined to believe the problem lies there, most likely the redirect URL is not properly configured
- UiPath Service status UiPath Status
