Close open files in sharepoint , before updating

Hi everyone,

My requirement is i need to move a excel from file explorer to sharepoint , i have synced onedrive , but problem is , if excel is opened anywhere else it doesnt sync which causes loss of data which are already updated ,
bot also doesnt throw any exception , can u please provide a solution for this

How are you manually identifying this please like the File is already open?

@Nithinkrishna manually whenever i upload excel back to sharepoint there is a blue symbol showing it is not synced , but i need to identify whether files are open before uploading

Okay you are doing a background upload(Custom activity or API) or UI actions to upload ?

Im using move file activity to move excel from one folder to another , since onedrive is synced it reflect automatically
