Clipboard cannot be used when robot is running in PIP

hi team, it seems that clipboard cannot be used when robot is running in PIP and also using clipboard.
Is this a known issue? Any plan to optimize it?

Hello,

Please check out the 2021.8 preview release announcement at the top of this page. There is a similar issue with Outlook and PIP in the current versions that has been addressed in this 2021.8 release. It is possible that the Clipboard functionality may also have been fixed.

Maybe you would want to try it if possible?

Hi Andy, I’ve checked the new release announcement. I’d like to try it but unfortunately only the old version is available in my company for now. I will check internally when we could have an upgrade.
