Why does the error "Client Authentication Failed (#228)" appear while trying to access task mining?

Issue Description:

"Client Authentication Failed (#228)" while trying to access task mining.

Root-cause:

This is observed when you move between Cloud Organizations.

Resolution:

Try to login to "cloud.uipath.com" and then select the org rather than going to the full URL to the service.

Contact UiPath Product Support if the issue persists. Ensure to reproduce the issue and provide/attach the following list of details in the ticket:

  1. Navigate to Admin -> Organization Settings -> Copy the "URL" and "Support ID" -> Share them with us.
  2. Share a HAR file by reproducing the issue again on your end. Refer to the document below on how to generate a HAR file: How To Generate A HAR File?
