Clicks are not working when running robot from orchestrator that is deployed on windows server 2016

I have installed uipath studio 2018.4 and one development robot licence on windows server 2016. when i run process from studio all button clicks type into and other activity work fines. I deployed my process on platform.uipath orchestrator 2018.4. Robot is connected with orchestrator by using one development robot licence. when i run robot from orchestrator clicks, type into and other used activity are not working. Can you please help me to resolve this issue.

I think, that is problem with screen resolutions.
Whenever going to perform the respective uielement should be in visible area.
