i want to see why the interaction between chrome and click button is not working correctly (error element not found )when verifying the selector it is correct, it is from time that i switched on service mode (unattended robot working from RDP=

Is it occuring when the vm on which bot is running is closed?

yes ,I closed the VM when i execute it from UiPath studio on the vm it is working

Unattended but working only when the screen is open

Thanks a lot @seanrockvz13 for explaining to me about many things. After checking the whole system setting again . I have come to know that the path is installed with the Robot type as User Mode in the non-working VM . After the reinstallation is done with the robot type as Service Mode the VM is working fine. Try to use modern activities & change hardware option for type into activity under properties, it will work

with modern we can’t put the selectors generated on classic design
