Click relative to an image in Unattended Robots

I have the below use case -
My robot (BOR), studio and orchestrator are installed on my local machine.
The workflow is designed to fetch elements based on the anchor images.
So the question how is it possible for BOR to do this kind of automation as my local machine might get locked?
After it gets locked is it possible for the BOR to find the anchor image and fetch resultant element? If yes, then how?
