Click only on on advertisment url's in google search, but except one

Hello guys. I have a problem. How can I write a robot, that only clicks on google search ads url’s, but wont click one specific url? Lets say I search through google keyword “Signeda”. When I enter it, theres sometimes 3, sometimes 2 and sometimes 1 ad url, but max 3. Lets say, that 3 are shown as in the picture. I need to click on the 2, but the one with word “Signeda” ignore. Is it possible?
