Click Image with dynamic selector

Hi all, i have a prolem when i use Click image activity to choose the first item of the list result. the when i type into the field. But the selector of the first item alway dynamic, how i can solve this? please tell me your idea for it. Thank for advance.

Hi @AshwinS2, thank for reply. Iā€™m only can use click image, i use Indicate scope on screen Properties of Click image activity to get the selector.
