Click Image - causes black screen and red mouse pointer

Hi,

I cannot seem to make “click image” work. Once I use it, it just shows a black screen - I cannot even see anything other than the mouse cursor. Do I have to install anything additional?

Hello friends,

I have exactly the same problem when I try to “click image” from both activity window, and recorder section. The secreen becomes all black and the cursor red. I cannot see any area to select.

And when I hold click and drag mouse to cover some image this happens:

I had the same issue happen to me. Are you using multiple monitors?

I found that this error would happen when using multiple monitors and opening up UiPath before connecting my second monitor. Also, make sure your resolution on your screen is set to 1920 x 1080. If you are using both monitors, make sure both monitors have the exact same resolution.

I work with single monitor and my resolution is 1920 x 1080, think it is not related with that.
