Each time i select and drag and new activity to the sequence, it will appear somewhere else, everytime, almost at the top. I have to slowly drag it, while waiting for the page to scroll while at the same time finding the intended location in the sequence, all without letting go of the mouse button.

If activities keep dropping at the top instead of where you intend, press Esc a few times to reset the drag-and-drop mode; if that doesn’t help, try restarting UiPath Studio or your computer, as this usually clears the glitch and restores proper activity placement.

You can also try to add any activity like below, I usually find this approach more helpful personally.
- In between every activity, when you hover on the arrow icon, it shows the “plus” sign like in below screenshot
- click on it, and it opens a activity section like below to search and add any activity.
- Just find your activity, select it and click to add. or double click the activity you want to add. It will automatically enter at the place from where you clicked the plus sign.
