Click activity not working when bot is run on VM

I have a bot, to download resumes from my Zoho recruit account, to Local folder on VM.
Here is the screenshot of activity, which I am not able to capture, when VM screen is minimized. But works good, if screen is active.
Tried with both “Simulate CLick” and “Send window message” but getting error always-
Error - Click ‘A download-content’: Could not find the UI element corresponding to this selector:

Often the resolution of the targeted VM can be low when running unattended automations, which sometimes result in difficulty in interactiong with ui elements.

Perhaps try and set a static resolution for the robot user under Other Settings (eg. 1080p).

If this doesnt help, then perhaps try and record the process running, by setting Record Jobs on the process Other Settings.
