Click Activity / Indicate on Screen

Hello. I am trying to click an element on a screen which has a check box and also a scroll bar but when indicating on screen it picks up the entire content and doesn’t give me an option to just select the check box or the scroll bar. Is there any way I can select the check box or even change the Edit Selector properties or something in the UI Explorer that will recognize either the check box or the scroll bar. Please see examples below.

Hi,

For now, can you try to change UiFramework by pressing F4 key? It’s changed periodically like Default→AA→UIA

Hello Yoichi. Thanks for your reply. I can see the UI Framework option (f4) but it doesnt work for me. I am guessing an older version of UiPath. But after selecting the image I have access to Edit selector or Open in UiExplorer so I was wondering if I can do something in those options to select the check box or the scroll bar.

We can use the Treeview from UiExplorer:

with this button

we also get a visually highlight (in brown color) when navigation through the tree

At least for stand alone analysis this technique can be used
