Classification is not selected

Hi UiPath Team,

I have new a problem when trying to send email use outlook activity, everytime I run the activity always display error message “Classification is not selected”

this classification message is come from regulation of my customer.

error%20when%20sent%20email%20because%20of%20classification%20message
does anyone faced the problem before and how to solve it?

I really appreciate your help, but unfortunately still not luck. My understanding the link you gave to me is only working on the outlook windows but my problem is how to set classification in the Outlook Activities (SendOutlookMail) Activity exactly.

this issue was solved by Customer side with disable COM Add-Ins.
