I have a question regarding UiPath license renewal and allocation.
Assume a license is allocated in January 2025 and another license is allocated in August 2025 under the same licensing agreement.
How is the renewal handled in such cases?
Do all licenses co-terminate and renew together based on the contract/ELA renewal date, or does each license have its own 12-month validity period from the date of allocation?
If additional licenses are purchased during an active contract period, are they prorated until the next renewal date?
When the contract is renewed, are the existing licenses automatically renewed, or are new licenses issued that need to be reallocated?
In a scenario where an organization is being migrated to a new tenant/org, is it recommended to wait until the renewal period and allocate the renewed licenses directly to the new tenant/org?

Lets say that i have a two tenants in a org and i am planning to move one of the tenant to another new org, what will happen to that license ( unattended, attended and automation developer. can it be migrated ? or i should allocate a new license to new org ?

Additional licenses purchased during an active term are typically prorated and co-terminate with the existing subscription.
