Citrix, Remote-Desktop Problems with Selectors

Hallo UiPath Community,

i have a little Problem, that doesnt seem to be solved that easily. But maybe you have all ready some experience with that constelation, since i am at the beginning.

I have to login throu Citrix. From their i have to open the “Desktop”. On that Desktop is a possibilty to Login on a Remote-Desktop. On that Remote-Desktop is the UiPath Studio and a SAP Logon Pad. The SAP Settings should be right on Client and Server and the Addon in Studio is installed just as the Remote-Runtime on that Remote-Desktop.

Now we still dont geht the electors in the SAP System. Is their any chance, to use this setup to get the native SAP Selectors. If not, how does a good but secure solution looks like. We are interested in scaling up, but would like to have a good solution for it, since its almost 90% SAP automation.

Thanks for your help!
