Citrix recording not saved

Scenario: Recording a Citrix button

Steps to reproduce: Click on the button and save the recording

Current Behavior: I click save and close and the recording pannel closes but the code is not generated anywhere.

Expected Behavior: When I do save and close after the recording, UiPath generates the code

Studio/Robot/Orchestrator Version: 2016.2.6232

Last stable behavior: With others buttons works fine and yesterday worked fine with this button.
Last stable version:
OS Version: Windows 7
Others if Relevant: (workflow, logs, .net version, service pack, etc):


Faced this issue once.
Then I went home. It’s pretty much working fine next day. :stuck_out_tongue:
Try to restart the Machine and give a try.

@ddpadil so the machine also needed some rest :smile:

I have restarted my computer ant the problem is still here…

Looking at the version your using i’d probably recommend you to update the UiPath studio(7 release after that) or installed CE moonlight 2017 edition.

I have this problem as well. I am new to UiPath, but have been using the recorder several times so far.

I am working with Studio 2018.1.1, Community Edition (still on trial, until my company pays for the license). Does anyone have a suggestion on have to resolve this issue?

Can you check the software requirements corresponding to your version?
Even the KBs that are mentioned are to be downloaded.
