Citrix Automation: handling time to connect to the citrix server

I am automations a citrix application. After, logging in the credentials, it takes around 20 minutes to launch the window. It doesn’t show any loading icon also in that 20 minutes

Is there any better solution other than giving a wait/imageexists…etc?

20 minutes is to long to wait. Can you check why it takes so long for screen to load?
