I have a process running from the studio without any issue,but when trying to run from orchestrator,it says that extension cannot communicate with chrome browser. Please advise what should be done,noting that we tried reinstalling the extension without any change in result.

Please make sure you are using same Robot (pointing to same machine where you have studio) and make sure chrome is using same profile where extension is enabled.
Thank you for the reply @Pablito . The scenario was as mentioned from your end though it did not seem to resolve the issue.
Just to close the case, the issue was resolved after we uninstalled chrome from the server and re-installed it again. Somehow that seemed to get it working though I am still not sure why it happened that way.
