-Chrome Extension issue: Cannot communicate with the browser

Hi All,

I’ve had a bot in production for a while now… Just started receiving this issue. No updates were made to the code or VDI. Running UiPath 19.4.3.

message: System error at initialization: Cannot communicate with the browser, please check the UiPath extension. at Source: Invoke ____ Login workflow: Open Browser

I’ve tried uninstalling the extension and reinstalling it.

Any thoughts?

Kindly check whether the site we access is added to the trusted sites in internet explorer settings

Forgot to add that this is in Chrome.

Adding to trusted site now

Problem has since been resolved; Restarted the VDI
