Choice yes or no into the website

Hi all,

Questions:

I want to click on “yes” or “no” triggers on a web site.
Through an Excel cell if the value is “Checked”, the click will have to check “Yes” and if “Unchecked” the click will be “No”.

Could you help me, please?
