I have “Attach Window” activity within which there are at least 100 child activities.
I now have to change the “Attach Window” activity selector, since the name of the file has changed. When I do that child activities selectors are not changed. Is this a bug or am I expected to change all child selectors?
it depends on how the child activities are modelled and the inherited parent selector is not overwritten.
Check on 1 child activity the parent selector and if it is presented with a gray background box.

I just realized it’s not grayed out. Why is that so? I indicated child elements within the attach window and thus I expected the parent selectors to be in the child selector.
Now, the question is why do the some child activities not carry the parent selectors?, when some are?
The window selector is inherited by the child activities. Can you show us screenshots, tell us which activities are and are not inheriting?
Also, it’s long past time for you to be working in modern. If you were using Use Application/Browser and the other modern activities you wouldn’t have to be worrying about this.
it’s not random. Some activities in some places are not inhering, but working fine in some places.
Is it possible to convert all these classic activities into modern in one go?Or do I need to change anything step by step to modern?

and it should change to:

You’d have to replace the activities in your project one by one. Switching to modern would be a big change in how you do things.
