Check if a value in an Excel file belongs to a Column in another Excel File

Hello friends,
I need to extract a cell value from an Excel file.
data.xlsx (10.1 KB)

I need to check if the “Codice Agenzia” belongs to the column "AGENZIA "in another Excel File (here attached):
Agenzie Monitorate.xlsx (17.0 KB)
How can I check if a cell value belongs to the Column called "AGENZIA " in the Agenzie Monitorae.xslx file’?

@CamiCat Codice Agenzia cell values and AGENZIA cell values are not same know if you use if condition all values will be in the else part only
