I am not quit sure I can answer this with this two selector because…
We have different different images inside the table like this
Can you check the aaname for all the logos in that… Please check whether there is a unique aaname or any property difference for the logo with star and without star…
If this property is not working we need to think of another method to identify the logo with star and without…

I checked aaname for star logo I am getting aaname like this Director.aspx?numsub=2374945&numver=2.For others aaname is different means it is like Brr_Bir_TranscendS_24_03132019.pdf.
this aaname Director.aspx?numsub=2374945&numver=2 only got in star logo

Great If it is unique for the logo with star…
So u can loop through and get the aaname of both the column 1 (logo)and column 3(description)
If logo column aaname is equal to “Director.aspx?numsub=2374945&numver=2” and description column aaname endwith “(xco3)”
You can click that particular row and process accordingly
ok thanks.but without Data Scrapping and for each row not possible…?
You need to click all the data with star logo right!!..
So for each is the best way to do that!!
