If I edit file config (new column for check condition as below)

remark :

  1. compare column FPP from file input with file config (RateMin , RateMax)
  2. compare column PlanCode from file input with file config (Plancode)
  3. compare column AppSignDate from file input with file config (Start_APPDate and End_APPDate)
  4. compare column IssueDate from file input with file config (Start_IssueDate and End_IssueDate)

I expect output as below.
