Changing the confidentiality of the mail from internal co author to confidential in Send Outlook Mails activity

Hi All,

My company currently using Azure information protection when sending mails.
I have developed a bot to send mails through Send Outlook mails message activity.
Due to everyone working from home the company has changed the sensitivity of the mails to “internal co author”.
Now whenever I run the bot to send mails for external users the mails get sent as “internal co author” hence it makes the receivers unable to read the mail.
Is there a way to configure “Send Outlook mail message” activity so I can change the sensitivity of the mails to “confidential”?

Hi @navodya1215,

I did few research regarding azure information protection but couldn’t found any lead. @loginerror and @Pablito can you guys please give a help for this matter because all the companies now turning on their Information protection policy so bot can’t handle mail outside of the company. it encrypted for outsiders.
